Proprietary Quality Assurance Program
We use our internal proprietary quality assurance program, the Product Realization Process, to ensure that our layout engineering is of the highest standard and is created with 100% manual routing. Our fabrication and assembly facilities are ISO9001 certified. All of our turnkey efforts are focused on supplying a working prototype with the first iteration. This decreases cost and time to market while increasing product quality.
Our prototype applications cover a wide range of functionality including digital signal processing, analog and mixed signal applications, high frequency products (>10GHz), RF at 2.4GHz, impedance control PCB's, FPGA/CPLD design and FPGA/CPLD development. We can design AC/DC and DC/DC converters, video interface, Internet over SONET, avionics, medical applications, logic and PLD designs as well as circuit and complete system designs.
Every PCB design that SunMan provides is a custom PCB, unique to each of our customers.
Each application can demand the use of a particular material in order to facilitate the best design. SunMan has provided PCB's using FR4 material, various Rogers materials, Nelco materials, GTEK, polyimide and flex boards.
